Haslan Due has completed the acquisition of 100% of Lasertech’s share capital. The transaction was carried out as part of a club deal led by CPI – Cattaneo Partecipazioni e Investimenti and Zero Capital, which brings together a group of private investors and entrepreneurs.
The buyer was advised by LCA Studio Legale through a multidisciplinary team. Partners Andrea Carreri and Francesco Buoso handled the corporate aspects, together with associates Gaia Angelini, Alessandro Iustulin, Veronica Scuro, and Beatrice Bestetti. Partner Davide Valli and associate Caterina Gatto handled the banking and finance aspects, while associates Zuleika Palma and Arianna Basso managed the labor aspects. Environmental matters were handled by associate Mirko Violante; intellectual property matters by associates Emilio Barozzi and Giovanni Beltrame; and administrative law matters by associate Federica Paleari.
The sellers were advised by Cornelli Gabelli e Associati, represented by partner Nicola Fedeli, and by the law firm B4Lex, represented by partner Raffaele Rispoli. The notarial aspects of the transaction were handled by Alessandra Radaelli of Studio Notai Associati Ricci e Radaelli.
The club deal aims to support Lasertech’s growth, its entry into new sectors—including green energy—and its further international expansion. Maurizio Binelli and his family have reinvested a significant portion of the proceeds into Haslan Due’s capital, with a view toward ensuring business continuity. Binelli will serve as chairman of the board of directors and CEO, while Paolo Iellici will assume the role of CEO.
