Zuleika deals with Employment Law, Union Law and agency matters. In such context, Zuleika gained a particular expertise in the employment, commercial and agency litigation.
With reference to Employment Law, Union Law and agency matters, she also assists in the day-to-day consultancy.
She also assists in M&A operations (Due Diligence).
She also gained expertise in Data Protection Law, assisting Italian companies in the GDPR Compliance.
Zuleika has been a member of the Firm since 2019.
Previously, she worked with leading Italian and foreign law firms, including Grande Stevens, Norton Rose Fulbright and Fontana – Marsico Firm.
In Grande Stevens, Zuleika also spent a period as an Employment and Data protection lawyer in BT Italia (secondment).
