Lca Studio Legale advised the sellers on the sale to Adamed Group of a 60% stake in the share capital of Ecupharma, an Italian pharmaceutical company active in the therapeutic areas of neurology, psychiatry, urology and diabetology. Adamed Group was advised by Advant Nctm.
The sellers were advised by Lca Studio Legale with a team led by partner Marina Rosito and comprising Giovanni Compagnoni for corporate matters, partner Ranieri Romani with Zuleika Palma, Giulia Maria Bellone and Beatrice Berardinelli for labour matters, and partner Andrea Carreri for Golden Power matters.
