Andrea advises national and international clients active in several industries (including the iron and steel, life science and pharma, telecommunication, publishing, mechanical and chemical markets). He assists US, Japanese and EU corporations in M&A deals, industrial and commercial joint ventures, and in the areas of FDI in strategic sectors (“FDI/Golden Power”), including National Security, Defense, Telecommunications, Health, Strategic Infrastructures, Trade Sanctions and International Trade.
Andrea has advised many clients in various Italian and cross-border M&A transactions in different business sectors, negotiated several industrial and commercial national and international joint ventures, and drafted numerous international supply agreements concerning goods and services in different areas. He has assisted multinational corporations and private equity funds in the structuring and implantation of majority or minority shareholdings acquisitions in the fashion, television, life science, TMT, paint and construction, maritime and yachting markets. Andrea has taken part on behalf of his clients as lead counsel in over fifteen international arbitration procedures at the ICC, VIAC and LCIA with the application of Italian, German, French law and international conventions such as UN Wien CISG 1980.
Andrea is one of the Coordinators of LCA Corporate M&A Department, he is the Head of LCA International, of LCA International Trade & National Security focus team (including the areas of FDI/Golden Power and Trade Sanctions).
Andrea founded the Law Firm in 2004.
He has previously worked for two primary Italian law firms, and in 1996 he joined the UK Law Firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. From 2001 to 2004, he was a European Partner of the US law firm Squire Sanders & Dempsey. In 2004, together with other partners, he founded LCA Law Firm.
