PAI Partners, an international investment group, has signed binding agreements for the acquisition of a majority stake in Automa S.r.l., a company that is a leader in the provision of solutions for the digitalization, monitoring and remote control of gas networks. Completion of the transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent, including authorization under Golden Power regulations.
PAI Partners was assisted by LCA Studio Legale, with a team made up of Benedetto Lonato, Virginia Cella and Nicole Meyerhoff for the corporate M&A aspects. Legal due diligence was carried out by specialist teams: IP aspects were handled by a team composed of Giulio Vecchi, Emilio Barozzi and Sara Moschella, while Ranieri Romani, Lorenzo Vassalli and Alessandro Mariotti dealt with employment law matters. Davide Valli and Giancarlo Aiello followed banking law issues, while Leonardo De Vecchi and Giuseppe Serenelli handled administrative law matters.
