This year once again, LCA’s Summer Retreat provided a valuable opportunity to pause, exchange ideas, and look ahead together.

Over the course of three days, professionals and business services colleagues from different generations across the Firm came together to share ideas, experiences, and perspectives. It was a moment of genuine dialogue about the present and the challenges that lie ahead, enriched by the contribution of our special guest, Pablo Trincia. Through the story of his own experiences, he reminded us of the importance of listening, curiosity, and the meaningful connections that emerge when we take the time to truly get to know one another.

Skills and achievements are essential to the growth of any organization, but it is people and their stories that build a strong and cohesive community. For this reason, the retreat was also an opportunity to strengthen relationships, create new occasions for exchange, and rediscover what brings us together beyond our day-to-day work.

Among the most memorable moments was the LCA Awards ceremony, which celebrated – with warmth, humor, and appreciation – the talents, qualities, and distinctive traits that make our community unique. A symbolic recognition that highlighted not only professional accomplishments, but also the personal characteristics that contribute every day to the culture and spirit of the Firm.
