Virginia deals with M&A and private equity transactions in various economic sectors, including the energy sector. She assists industrial players and funds in the context of transactions for the sale and purchase of shares and businesses, the establishment of joint ventures, the implementation of carve-outs and other extraordinary transactions. She also advises on corporate governance issues and in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
Virginia joined LCA in 2023.
Previously, she collaborated – starting from 2011 – with BonelliErede law firm.
In 2015 she carried out a 9-month secondment at Techint – Compagnia Tecnica Internazionale S.p.a., directly reporting to the general counsel.
