Veronica is consolidating her expertise in commercial and corporate law, focusing in particular on national and international commercial contracts, with growing involvement in M&A transactions.
She assists Italian and international clients on a daily basis, providing ongoing advice on the various needs connected to their business activities. She has also developed specific experience in professional contexts related to the French market and to legal and commercial relations with France.
Veronica joined LCA in 2023.
Previously, she has worked with Italian law firms mainly in the area of civil law and she also did two internships in the legal department of international companies in Italy and abroad.
