Francesco is mainly dedicated to advising clients operating in the industrial and commercial sectors, both in their extraordinary transactions (such as M&A, investment transactions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures) and in their ordinary operations.
In particular, he has gained experience in the biomedical, manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy and trade sectors, assisting both Italian and foreign clients in the preparation and negotiation of their commercial contracts and in the management of their pre-litigation disputes.
In addition to assisting listed companies as well as those with a narrow shareholder base, his work with private business groups has enabled him to develop over time a deep knowledge in the organization and structuring of private or family assets.
Francesco joined the Firm in March 2024.
Previously, he has gained relevant experience at the notary firm of Professor Piergaetano Marchetti, and almost 20 years of experience in the M&A/corporate department of leading law firms, such as Lombardi, Molinari, Segni (now BonelliErede with Lombardi) and Gattai, Minoli, Partners (now PedersoliGattai).
