Giovanni is a member of the firm’s IP, Media, Tech & Data team. His practice focuses on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and, more broadly, on technology law.
As part of his work, he supports the firm’s professionals in advising clients on compliance and regulatory matters relating to the use of digital technologies, with particular attention to data protection, cybersecurity and the legal issues connected with the development and use of AI systems. He also assists the team in analysing regulatory requirements, governance-related matters and the preparation of the relevant documentation in these areas.
He has developed a strong interest in the intersection of law and technology, further explored through the study of the technical fundamentals of cybersecurity, programming and digital systems. This approach allows him to address legal issues with attention not only to the applicable legal framework, but also to the technical and organisational aspects involved in the adoption of new technologies.
