The Nippo-Dutch paint manufacturer Chugoku Marine Paints BV, a global leader in the marine and industry sectors, has successfully signed the acquisition of Italo Belge Colori S.r.l., a historic company owned by the Massa family and based in Northern Italy. The acquired company is a recognized market leader specializing in coatings for metallic barrels used in the food, lubricating oil, and industrial sectors.
Chugoku Marine Paints BV was advised by LCA in the acquisition, with a team led by the equity partners Andrea Carreri and Nicola Maffioletti, supported by Ginevra Losi and Fabrizio Miceli for corporate matters, and the partner Giovanni Morgese and Chiara Sarzi Sartori for business compliance.
