Ginevra is acquiring specific skills in corporate and business law. She collaborates with the professionals of the Corporate and M&A area of the Firm, gaining experience in the related fields.
She is also acquiring specific skills in Banking & Finance, assisting banks, investment funds, industrial and commercial companies, both national and international, in the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing transactions.
Ginevra joined LCA in October 2021. Before graduating and in parallel with attending the university, she had the opportunity to work as an intern in LCA, practicing in the Banking & Finance and M&A areas.
