Giovanni specializes in business criminal law and white-collar crime, providing legal assistance to manager and companies in criminal proceedings for tax, corporate and bankruptcy crimes.
He gained significant experience in the field of customs criminal law and health and safety at work regulations. He provides legal assistance and regulatory enforcement also with reference to company administrative liability and he serves as a Supervisory Body within leading companies.
He has developed specific expertise in corporate compliance and internal investigation, also with reference to extraordinary transactions.
Giovanni joined LCA in 2019 and co-founded its newly born criminal law department. Previously, he had acquired professional experience at Studio Dinoia, a leading Italian criminal law boutique, where he spent seven years, the last one as a junior partner.
