Cristina works with the Corporate Department in the YLC team, advising Italian and foreign clients on civil, commercial and industrial law matters. She also advises on diversity and inclusion issues and related business processes.
Cristina began her professional training in the field of intellectual property and commercial contracts, with a focus on franchising, distribution, unfair competition, etc.. She then expanded her practice to civil litigation, gaining significant experience in assisting Italian and foreign clients in the areas of commercial, corporate and insolvency law.
Cristina joined the firm in 2024 after twenty-five years of experience at Pavia e Ansaldo in Milan, where she also held the position of Knowledge Management Manager and Communications Manager.
