    LCA with Dealfa in the acquisition of a patent portfolio from Akeso

    LCA advised Dealfa on the acquisition of a patent portfolio in the medical device sector

    An LCA team led by Andrea Carreri and formed by Chiara Fadda, Fabrizio Miceli for Corporate M&A aspects and Matteo di Lernia for IP issues, assisted the Italian company Dealfa in the acquisition from the Akeso Group of a portfolio of patents covering technologies and processes in the Medical Devices sector.

    The acquisition agreement was signed on February 1, 2025, and the procedures for registering the transfer with the relevant offices are being finalized.
