LCA has assisted the Belgian company Stedi BV, the holding company of beMatrix Group, European leader in the construction of stands based on modular aluminium components, in the sale of 25% of the share capital of beMatrix Italy S.r.l. to Giorgio Grando and his other partners. The transaction is part of a broader joint venture agreement between the parties, aimed at strengthening the sale and distribution of beMatrix products in the Italian market.
Stedi BV was advised by LCA with the partners Giancarlo Ranucci and Tomaso Cenci, the associate Cristina Romagnano and the trainee Tommaso Maria Tersilla, working together with a beMatrix team formed by the CFO Leslie Wallaeys and the legal advisor Inge Demuynck, partner at the Belgian corporate finance boutique VDP.
