Tomaso focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law; in particular, he assists companies – public and private, regulated or not – in their extraordinary transactions and in their ordinary activity.
Therefore, he follows his clients in M&A transactions (share deal and asset deals, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and strategic partnerships), in the selection and development – also at a Group level – of the corporate governance (by-laws, shareholders’ agreements, internal regulations),in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts(services agreements, distributorships, sale of assets) and in the corporate and legal affairs in general (legal opinions; minutes of company’s meetings, ESG and compliance).
Furthermore, he assists non-profit entities in their internal organization and external activity. He also follows family offices in their general activities and in matters of generational succession.
Since October 2024, he has been Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
Tomaso is a partner of LCA since 2023.
Before, he worked with the Law Firm Gianni & Origoni for 25 years, where he also served as resident partner in New York for 4 years and Managing Partner of the Firm for 7 years.
