Cristina is a member of the Corporate – M&A department and has developed expertise in corporate and commercial law, providing mainly extrajudicial legal assistance to national and international clients.

She deals with extraordinary corporate transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts and general corporate assistance.

Cristina joined the firm in June 2023.
She previously gained significant experience in corporate and commercial law and corporate and financial criminal law.
