Lucia Cora has gained extensive experience in bankruptcy law through the assistance of both Liquidators in all phases of the management of insolvency procedures, as well as refining her knowledge of the new bankruptcy law reform, its legal basis, and the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved.
She also has experience in the civil law sector with particular regard to rental, condominium and family law disputes, as well as in the administrative field, including expropriations, tenders (for works, supply or services contracts), construction, state-owned property and open competitions for admission to universities.
Furthermore, she also takes care of rental and settlement agreements and, from a legal perspective, has also managed numerous securities enforcement procedures as well as several issues relating to tax law.
Lucia Cora had worked for a leading law firm in Naples specializing in administrative and civil law for around five years, prior to moving to Milan, where she worked first for the Danovi & Giorgianni law firm and then starting in 2016 for the SeAS Sanzo e Associati law firm.
In 2018, she joined LCA Law Firm.
