Emanuela assists national and international clients in pre-judicial and litigation matters concerning commercial, company, civil responsibility, extra-contractual liability law issues. Emanuela has developed her experience in national and international ordinary and arbitral litigation.
Emanuela also works in the Labor Law Department and advises on all contractual and litigation issues, connected or arising from employment relationships, as well as on all new contractual forms recently introduced in the labor market. Emanuela specifically assists the employer or the managing bodies in the pre-judicial and litigation phases with respect to employment relationship resolution and termination.
Emanuela also advises relating to all labor issues arising in connection with extraordinary transactions.
Emanuela joined the Law Firm in 2006.
Before joining LCA, Emanuela had worked in various Milan-based law firms specializing in civil litigation.
