Donatella works in the field of intellectual property law, with reference to both extrajudicial and litigation issues, focused in book publishing and image law. She also gained significant experience in the field of tourism law.
Donatella has worked since 1996 with the Bruni-Gramellini law firm, one of the first international commercial law firms established in Milan. She then worked with the Gramellini Leonelli law firm and, finally, with Leonelli & Partners, of which she became a partner in 2016.
Donatella took part in various training activities at publishing companies in the intellectual property field. She also held a one-day lecture on “Legal and regulatory framework of tourism activities” as part of the master’s degree in “Tourism and Hospitality Management” at the Sole 24Ore Business School. In May 2020, he gave two lectures in the short master’s course in Tourism Law organised by Euroconference’s Centro Studi Forense.
Her firm was the only Italian member of the International Travel Law Network.
Law degree from the University of Milan (1989)
Qualified as a lawyer in 1995 and at the Superior Magistrates’ Courts in 2019
