Claudia is a member of the Firm’s Corporate/M&A department. She mainly assists Italian and international clients in M&A transactions (including private equity deals or relating to insolvency and restructuring procedures), in the negotiation of joint venture and investment agreements as well as in the context of the ordinary business activity, with particular reference to corporate law and commercial contracts issues.
Claudia also gained significant experience in the corporate finance sector dealing with acquisition financing and trade finance transactions.
Claudia joined the Law Firm in 2016.
Claudia previously carried out an 18-month internship at the Milan Court, VI Civil Section, and thus gained experience in banking and finance law.
