Carola provides judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance in employment and industrial relations law. In particular, she supports the team in due diligence projects and M&A transactions concerning employment-related matters.
She is also involved in research and legal updates in the fields of employment, trade union, and social security law.
Carola has been part of the Firm since 2025.
Previously, she worked at a Milan-based law firm, focusing on labor law, family law, and guardianship.
