Andrea focuses on litigation, both in courts and in arbitration proceedings, primarily in the fields of corporate and commercial law. He has gained experience in corporate disputes, including liability actions against directors and challenges to shareholders’ resolutions, as well as disputes arising from commercial contracts, with particular focus in distribution and agency agreements. He is also experienced in negotiation and drafting commercial contracts and corporate documents.
Andrea has been with LCA since 2025. Previously, he collaborated with leading Italian law firms specializing in corporate law, commercial law, and insolvency law. Before beginning his legal career, he completed a professional training internship at the Bank of Italy.
