LCA Law Firm advised the Green Utility Group on the acquisition of 100% of the company owning a ready-to-build agrivoltaic plant located in the Municipality of Zungri, in the Province of Vibo Valentia, with a total installed capacity of 6 MWp.
The transaction, completed by Wedoenergy Srl, a company within Green Utility S.p.A. Group, forms part of the Group’s growth strategy in the renewable energy sector and contributes to the expansion and strengthening of its green development portfolio.
For the contractual aspects related to the acquisition of the shareholdings, Green Utility was advised by LCA Law Firm through a team composed of Elisabetta Randazzo and Ludovico Bonacina.
The acquisition represents a further contribution to the development of renewable energy initiatives and supports the transition toward a more sustainable energy system.
