    Elisabetta’s focus is on domestic and international corporate transactions, extraordinary transactions and reorganizations as well as IPOs, public offerings and capital increases of companies listed on Italian regulated markets. Elisabetta also deals with the regulatory aspects of these deals by liaising with sector authorities.

    Elisabetta has been a member of the Firm since 2022. She has gained her professional experience first in Pavia e Ansaldo in Rome and then, for over fifteen years, in Hogan Lovells Rome.

    Associations, seminars, media and other activities

    Committed to initiatives in support of gender equality, equal opportunities, empowerment and professional growth of young women, Elisabetta is a member of the Executive Committee of the Rome Chapter of EWMD Italy that supports the growth of women investing in their profession through the enhancement of diversity and the development of their skills.
    Elisabetta has been adjunct professor at the University of Roma Tre in Diritto dei mercati finanziari, speaker at conferences on corporate law and business distressed M&A at the University of Firenze, and a lecturer in post-graduate courses at Luiss University, the University of Firenze, and at Master Degree Diritto e Impresa – Sole24Ore.
