Alessandro has gained experience in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, with focus on disputes involving corporate bodies liability, corporate resolutions challenges, banking, insurance, procurement and sales agreements, as well the professional liability and defamation proceedings.
Alessandro also advices individuals and/or legal entities throughout the pre-litigation phase, also by drafting legal opinions.
He also provides cross-assistance in structuring indemnification clauses in the context of sale and purchase agreements.
Alessandro joined LCA in 2024.
For the past seven years Alessandro has collaborated with Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici Law Firm (Milan), where he gained wide experience in civil, commercial and corporate litigation, including arbitration proceedings, also providing regular assistance in any pre-litigation phases.
Previously, he made an intern at the Court of Milan, Civil Section XII, and at the Bank of Italy – Secretariat of the Banking and Financial Arbitrator.
