LCA law Firm continues its domestic and international growth and is very pleased to announce the addition of a group of six professionals led by two new outstanding equity partners, Leah Dunlop and Antonio Di Pasquale.
Leah Dunlop has an international track record with more than 35 years of experience in complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. After having practiced in London, she relocated to Rome in 2000 to support the opening and development of the Italian offices of a leading international law firm where she held various management roles in the Italian and European corporate M&A practices.
With well over 30 years of experience in corporate matters, particularly within the energy, infrastructure and luxury good sectors, the lawyer Antonio Di Pasquale has advised Italian and international clients on a significant number of M&A and corporate transactions, both private and public (including IPOs and takeover bids). He also has solid experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, and M&A transactions in financially distressed situations.
In addition to the contribution of their professional skills, Leah and Antonio will contribute to the imminent implementation of the project related to the opening of LCA’s Rome Office.
«It is an honor to be able to collaborate and pursue new goals with professionals of optimal standing and professional and human values like Leah and Antonio, whose background fits perfectly with our cultural identity and values» states the managing partner Giovanni Lega.
«Joining LCA constitutes an exciting opportunity for our new professional adventure, together with a group of people whose great human and professional qualities I have had the opportunity to appreciate. An appealing and ambitious project to which I plan to devote all my experience and energy» says Leah Dunlop. She is echoed by Antonio Di Pasquale: «I am enthusiastic about this new challenge in the stimulating and vibrant environment that is LCA, filled with excellent people. I am convinced that together we will accomplish great things».
