In the field of transportation and insurance law, Elsa assists primary shipment, insurance and logistic companies, both Italian and foreign, by advising on judicial and extra-judicial matters with particular reference to the transportation of goods (i.e., by land, sea, air and railway).
Elsa has a lot of experience in all contractual issues in the management of accidents and in antitrust law with particular reference to land transports.
Elsa also assists many companies active in different markets with respect to any transportation issues. In the field of family law, Elsa has specific and a large body of experience in minor custody issues, visitation rights, determination of life tenor, assignment and division of conjugal house and family assets also if located abroad.
Elsa usually advises in extra-judicial and judicial matters before both the ordinary courts and the family courts.
Elsa joined the law firm in 2013.
Before joining LCA, Elsa had worked for ten years for Studio Legale Palmigiano, a primary law firm specialized in transportation law – first as a trainee and then as a lawyer.
Elsa also carried out a two-year internship at the Procura della Repubblica of Milan where she fine-tuned her knowledge of all legal aspects connected to medical responsibility and workplace safety.
