LCA Law Firm advised the Green Utility Group on the acquisition of 100% of the company owning a ready-to-build agrivoltaic plant located in the Municipality of Zungri, in the Province of Vibo Valentia, with a total installed capacity of 6 MWp.
The transaction, completed by Wedoenergy Srl, a company within Green Utility S.p.A. Group, forms part of the Group’s growth strategy in the renewable energy sector and contributes to the expansion and strengthening of its green development portfolio.
Green Utility was advised by LCA Studio Legale, with Elisabetta Randazzo and Ludovico Bonacina leading on the contractual aspects of the acquisition of the shareholdings, and Orsola Torrani and Giuseppe Serenelli advising on the administrative law aspects of the transaction.
The acquisition represents a further contribution to the development of renewable energy initiatives and supports the transition toward a more sustainable energy system.
