Over the course of her career, she has advised private equity funds, institutional clients, public and private companies, and entrepreneurs on M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and extraordinary transactions. She has worked on significant deals in the industrial, financial, energy, infrastructure, and life sciences sectors.
Her profile also has a strong international dimension. Villa studied and worked in New York, where she gained specific experience advising Italian and U.S. investors on cross-border investment transactions between the two countries.
