Ennismore will develop Delano Puglia, the Delano brand’s first project in Italy. The resort will be built in Monopoli, in the province of Bari, and is scheduled to open in 2028. The transaction marks the Italian market entry of one of the leading international lifestyle hospitality brands, already present in destinations such as Miami, Paris, Dubai, New York, London and Marrakech.
The plan calls for a resort along the Adriatic coast of Puglia, with 76 rooms and 13 suites. It will also offer dining, wellness and experiences designed to showcase the local area and to make the resort a benchmark for hospitality in Southern Italy.
The initiative is part of the tourism development of the Puglia region, one of Europe’s most attractive destinations. The project is expected to boost urban regeneration and the area’s international appeal.
LCA advised LIMM throughout every stage of the negotiations with Ennismore and structured the entire contractual framework of the transaction. The team was led by Barbara de Muro, equity partner, with Edoardo Fabbrizio, senior associate.
