Viviana is an expert in corporate and commercial law, with extensive experience in corporate governance, structuring of shareholding and corporate structures, extraordinary transactions, M&A, corporate reorganizations, including generational transitions and the adoption of traditional or innovative financial instruments, tailored to specific circumstances.
She has a deep knowledge of the business world, having held positions within corporate governance bodies (i.e. Independent Director or Non-Executive Director) and the temporary role of General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer in both listed companies or with complex structures, as well as in SMEs. In the latter, she has supported owners and management with reorganization plans, extraordinary transactions, M&A, and ESG strategies implementation.
Viviana has been Of Counsel of the Firm since 2024.
Previously, she was a partner of the law firm Tombari D’Angelo e Associati (2022-2024) and Of Counsel of the law firm Carbonetti e Associati (2007-2021).
