Valerio is developing specific skills in the field of corporate law, mainly performing extrajudicial activities. He collaborates with the firm’s professionals dealing with corporate law, insolvency law, M&A, private equity, commercial contracts, and general corporate assistance, assisting both domestic and international clients.
Valerio has been a member of the Firm since 2022.
Previously, he worked in the corporate – M&A department of Hogan Lovells as trainee solicitor.
