Simone is a member of the corporate and M&A department and advises both domestic and international investors and corporations in the context of extraordinary corporate transactions, including cross-border, such as mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, disposals of participation interest and going concerns, creation of joint ventures in several industry sectors, with a particular focus on Energy and Automotive.
Simone is a member of the firm since September 2022.
Previously, after having pursued an LL.M in corporate law from an Ivy League University in the US, he worked for sixteen years in the corporate and M&A team of Hogan Lovells.
