Olga mainly deals with civil, corporate and commercial law, both litigation and non-litigation matters.
She has gained significant experience in court cases involving liability actions and appeals of board and shareholders’ resolutions.
She has provided out-of-court assistance and advice in civil and commercial contracts and has also provided corporate secretarial services for companies listed on regulated markets.
Olga joined LCA in 2023.
Previously, she gained professional experience in some Italian law firms, dealing with litigation and non-litigation consultancy in civil and commercial matters.
Even before that, she worked for a multinational company in the area of corporate secretarial services.
