Matteo deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, both in and out of court.
He deals with civil litigation, with a special focus on disputes in corporate and commercial matters, as well as insolvency law, advising companies both in the preliminary phase of analysis and identification of the best procedure for crisis/insolvency management, and in the judicial phase of admission and management of the various insolvency procedures. He has also provided out-of-court counselling and assistance in the field of commercial contracts.
Previously, he has also gained experience in the field of financial market regulation, providing assistance to banks, funds and investment firms.
After a significant experience in the international law firm Simmons & Simmons, Matteo joined LCA in July 2022. He also worked with a boutique law firm in Milan.
