Ludovica is developing specific expertise in corporate law, M&A transactions, and trusts.
She works alongside the professionals in the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, providing primarily non-contentious legal assistance to companies and corporate groups, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and matters relating to wealth planning and asset management through trusts.
Ludovica joined the Firm in 2024, initially as an intern during her final year of university, and subsequently continued her professional path through her legal traineeship.
She is currently a trainee lawyer.
