Lara gained experience in M&A transactions, in the negotiation of joint venture and investment agreements as well as in the context of the ordinary business activity, with particular reference to corporate law and commercial contracts.
Lara joined the Firm in 2021. She previously worked with primary Italian and foreign law firms.
