Francesca is developing specific skills in the field of bankruptcy and corporate crisis law, focusing on the activities that the trustee is required to perform in the management of bankruptcy proceedings as well as the assistance provided to the debtor during proceedings for the resolution of the corporate crisis.
Francesca joined the Firm in April 2023.
Previously, Francesca collaborated with Studio Legale – Perani Pozzi Associati, carrying out a three-month internship aimed at developing her knowledge in the field of IP and online banking frauds.
