Duilia is a member of the firm’s Corporate/M&A department and part of the Your Legal Counsel division.
She operates in the field of civil law with in-house experience and mainly deals with extrajudicial assistance to national and international companies operating in various industries, with a focus on various types of contracts and compliance activities.
Duilia joined LCA in January 2023.
Previously, she gained experience in leading firms and then joined a legal managed services company.
