In particular, she regularly assists companies operating in the web and digital field by taking care of the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of contracts concerning the development of websites, apps and IT products as well as the drafting of general conditions and terms of use for websites.
She also deals with profiles related to consumer protection regulations.
She regularly handles consultancy and contractual matters in the real estate sector, with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating lease and business lease agreements (across various industries, including hospitality and retail parks), as well as providing assistance in real estate purchase and sale transactions.
Claudia also has significant experience in the field of trusts and asset protection tools related to estate planning with specific focus on the possible use of such tools in the context of generational handovers.
She has taken part as a speaker in conferences and events related to these matters.
Claudia also deals with extraordinary M&A and private equity transactions.
