    Christian works mainly in the areas of corporate, commercial and business contract law. He also deals with real estate law, with particular reference to real estate transfers and the “retail” sector.
    He has an extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the acquisition of shareholdings, sale of business units and due diligence activities, and is involved in day-to-day business assistance with particular reference to issues of commercial contracts (particularly supply, distribution and franchising) and obligations.
    He provides assistance to many clients active in the aviation industry, both in extraordinary transactions and in day-to-day business.

    Christian joined the Firm in January, 2021.
    He has gained almost 20 years of experience at Pavia and Ansaldo Law Firm in Milan, where he was a Partner from 2015 to 2019. He then worked as a Partner at Alpeggiani Law Firm in Milan.
