Scanfil, the Helsinki-listed leader in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), has finalized the acquisition of the entire share capital of MB Elettronica S.r.l., EBS Elettronica S.r.l., Hi-Tech Elettronica S.r.l., and Cafel Elettronica S.r.l. The transaction, following the initial agreements reached in July 2025, significantly bolsters Scanfil’s global network, particularly within the Aerospace & Defense and Medtech & Life Science sectors.
LCA Studio Legale advised Scanfil with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Leah Dunlop.
