Tania deals with business crisis law and assists the bankruptcy trustees in the management of bankruptcy proceedings as organs of the procedure. She provides assistance to the debtor in the preventive phase of analysis and identification of the best solution for the management of the state of insolvency and in the litigation phase with possible access and assistance during the procedures.
In the course of her professional education, Tania has also gained experience in civil as well as bankruptcy litigation, both in the interest of the procedure and in the interest of the figures of the insolvent entrepreneur and creditors.
Tania has been part of the Firm since January 2023.
Previously, she gained her professional experience at a law firm in Modena in which she dealt with bankruptcy law, business crisis and civil litigation.
She has also worked with a law firm in Milan, dealing with civil litigation, extrajudicial and administrative law.
