Stefano Bianchi regularly assists leading Italian and multinational companies across various industries, both in and out of court, drawing on his extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, as well as in M&A and commercial transactions at both domestic and international level.
For over thirty years, he has been providing legal advice on international commercial contracts and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on Latin America. In this context, he supports Italian and European companies in their business activities in the region and advises Latin American enterprises with interests in Italy and Europe.
