    Sofia provides assistance and legal advice on corporate law, regulatory and financial markets law in day by day operations and extraordinary and transnational transactions to credit institutions, financial intermediaries and companies, including listed ones.
    Sofia also assists and advises crowdfunding platforms, payment and e-money institutions and other financial intermediaries, both Italian and foreign, also supporting them in authorisation procedures and structuring of investment vehicles.

    Previously, she worked with leading Italian and international law firms.

    Sofia, together with Umberto Piattelli, contributed to the preparation of chapters 39 “Invoice trading and regulation: the case of Italy” and 44 “The impact of the ECSPR on the crowdfunding legal framework in Italy” of the commentary on the Regulation on European Crowdfunding Service Providers for Business of the Elgar Commentaries in Financial Law series, edited by Eugenia Macchiavello, published in 2022.
