Sofia provides assistance and legal advice on corporate law, regulatory and financial markets law in day by day operations and extraordinary and transnational transactions to credit institutions, financial intermediaries and companies, including listed ones.
Sofia also assists and advises crowdfunding platforms, payment and e-money institutions and other financial intermediaries, both Italian and foreign, also supporting them in authorisation procedures and structuring of investment vehicles.
Sofia joined LCA in 2022.
