Sara regularly assists Italian and foreign clients by providing legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters. She has also gained significant experience in extraordinary transactions, M&A, and in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of commercial agreements.
Sara has been a member of the Firm since 2019.
Previously, she worked for major Italian and foreign law firms. She has also worked for a German multinational enterprise as legal counsel.
