Mario’s practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law. He advises Italian and foreign clients on M&A and extraordinary financial transactions.
He also gained experience with day-to-day corporate assistance, dealing with corporate governance aspects and shareholders’ agreements, as well as with commercial contracts.
Mario joined the Firm in September 2021.
He has previously collaborated, in the areas of commercial and corporate law, with the firm Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati.
