    Marco collaborates with the chairs of corporate law at the Faculties of Law and Political, Economic, and Social Sciences at the University of Milan. He is the author of several publications on corporate, insolvency, financial markets, insurance, and banking law. He has also spoken at various workshops and seminars, both in Italy and abroad.
